New Year Wishes, Goals, Affirmations, and Positive Changes

2 Jan

This is the year that I will diligently confront my issues. Taking action over and over and over and over is they key. Awareness, breathe and being conscious and in the now will enable me to make the positive changes I need and want in my life, and in the world.
I will remind myself of my goals throughout the day, when I am feeling good and less than good. All of my emotions are welcome, and I will look at all of them with love and compassion. I will ask for help and guidance. I will use my Seven Wishes Bracelet as a tool- I have created it not just as a product to sell, but as something to help me- I see that I have created what I needed. I am a teacher of love and a student of love. I have a lot to teach, I have a lot to learn. I am open. I am loved. I am in flow with love energy.
I am a bright shining ball of light that is pure love energy. Yup- and so it is.

Dance in front of a live studio audience

19 Oct

I  danced in front of an audience for the first time this past Sunday- The intention of the dance, which is not choreographed or rehearsed, is to be present and feel every movement- and not be tempted to “perform” because people are watching.  It is good practice for daily life- to be present and not perform, or put on a mask, and really feel into your feelings- not jump over them, or hide them, or hide from them- just be.

Phil Stern

14 Oct

I really love LA, born here, raised here- I’m so lucky,- it is really the City of Angels, or the City of Artists- Angeles/Artists- same thing.

Went to the Phil Stern gallery last night- I have been seeing his photographs all my life, but never really saw him or new about him-This is his- who hasn’t seen this:

It is his gallery and his son works there, and Phil is now in his 90′s- an English lad took Daniel and I through his history, we were the only ones in there for a bit, it was so great!  Especially hearing about the story behind this note he left for Sinatra:

Here is his site: www.philsternarchives.com
