Annatarian® Designs, Inc. respects your privacy and treats your personal information with great care.
Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Annatarian® Designs, Inc..
Credit card details
Your credit card information is not kept on file and is never recorded in our database. When you place an order you will be redirected to our secure server (secure-web.com) and your information will be submitted directly our merchant account provider.
We want you to be really happy and will be totally fair and square! Our policy for returns is as follows:
Direct Online Orders
Please note: this policy applies only to items purchased directly from Annatarian® Designs, Inc. If you would like to return something purchased at a store that sells Annatarian® products, please contact the store directly for their return policy. A return MUST FIRST BE REQUESTED before an item is able to be returned. To request a refund, email us at orders@annatarian.com with the order number and we will email you back. If the item is approved for return you will be sent a RETURN CODE to use in mailing the jewelry back to Annatarian®. Returns sent without a return code will only be eligible for store credit. Every item must be issued a RETURN CODE.
If a piece of jewelry is part of our standard inventory (i.e., not a custom piece), and is unworn in its original packaging, you have 14 days from when the piece is received to request a refund or a store credit, and for us to receive the piece back.
When the piece is received by Annatarian®, we will issue a refund, minus the shipping charges we incurred when sending you the jewelry, to the payment method used in the transaction.
Shipping charges are not refundable for returned items. If an item was shipped for free, the shipping cost of $3.50 will be deducted from your refund.
Any items on sale will not be eligible for a refund.
Dresses and One-of-a-Kind Accessories
Custom Dresses: Before Beginning to create a dress we require a 50% deposit, then 25% half way through, then the last payment of 25% plus shipping before shipping.When we receive the deposit and your measurements we purchase the fabric and or begin making the pattern for your dress. This is why the deposit is non refundable.If you change your mind after the first part of the process has begun, you will not be required to pay for the other half of the dress. Once the process is at the half way point, you are required to pay the full amount.
Sample Dresses: Sometime we have samples for sale, and if you live too far to come by and try it, we will first take your credit card info and have it authorized but not charged and we will send it to you for you to try. If you love it and want to keep it, we will charge your card at that time, and the sale is final and cannot be returned.If you decide not to purchase it, just ship it back. We will pay for the shipping to you, and you pay for the shipping back to us. As long as the dress is here within a week and has not been worn out or damaged, your card will not be charged.
One-of-a-Kind Accessories: Before Beginning to create a unique accessory just for you, we require a 50% deposit, then 25% half way through, then the last payment of 25% plus shipping before shipping. Once, we receive the deposit and the process has begun, usually around 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. You are not required to pay the full amount if you cancel your order within 14 days, after 14 days, you will be charged for the full amount.
